Astredhor – the Institute for plant industry professionals – is an applied agricultural research organisation whose aim is to improve the competitiveness of horticulturalists, florists and landscaping professionals. In order to achieve this, Astredhor designs and rolls out research and innovation programmes and helps these professionals grow their business through its expertise, training and advice. Certified by the state since 2008, Astredhor has nearly 100 employees working throughout France on eight experimentation sites, which coordinate events and training for the Institute’s 1100 members at the local level.
