Technological ressource centre (CRT) with a regional and multi-sector scope, with a specific focus on fruits and vegetables. The centre is comprised of sixteen people, specialising in industrial processes and technologies, and product quality and knowledge.

Services making it possible to conduct a project from the initial idea all the way to industrial manufacture, by controlling all of the development steps, series testing, validating products via sensorial tests and industrialisation.
Agrotec assists farm manufacturers and transformers in their efforts in organisation, industrial performance, setting up quality systems by supplementing the technical support with training in various areas (hygiene, food safety, ISO standards, IFS, traceability, sensory evaluation, heat treatments, etc.).
600 m2 test platform with small-capacity industrial-type equipment; physical-chemical analysis laboratory; Cofrac-accredited sensory evaluation laboratory. Close relations with the public research laboratories (University of Bordeaux I, Istab, Inra).
