Objectives

Eco-merce aims to support agri-food actors in integrating sustainable marketing into their e-commerce strategies by aligning consumer values, digital skills, and responsible business practices. The project addresses the growing need for transparency, engagement, and sustainability in online purchasing behaviours.

To achieve this, Eco-merce will:

  • develop a value-driven competency framework that helps learners and agri-food professionals understand and activate sustainability-driven marketing levers;
  • create digital training modules hosted on the Eco-merce Academy online platform;
  • provide tools, guidelines, and learning resources to support the implementation of sustainable e-commerce practices;
  • co-create strategic and personalized marketing roadmaps with agri-food actors to ensure practical, tailored application in real market contexts.

Through this approach, Eco-merce enhances the ability of agri-food organisations to meet consumer expectations while strengthening more sustainable and competitive business models.
