Objectives
Fitness 2.0 will contribute to changing habits on packaging in order to achieve the objectives of the "Green Deal". Indeed, the ecological transition requires a revision of the logic of food processing and distribution.
The objectives are to:
- Make available and maintain harmonized content between countries, universities and research and technology institutions;
- Reach a wider audience in the food packaging value chain, from the chemical industry, to recycling;
- Offer certified courses, validated by online tests;
- Support the development of scientific content in an attractive and innovative format;
- Develop and spread Fitness 2.0 beyond partner universities and conventional industries; encourage external contributions, offer support with artificial intelligence and an online forum.
