Objectives
E-SafeFoods develops an interactive online training program on microbiological risks in food, in order to improve the skills of students, teachers, researchers and professionals in the food industry (including SMEs and small producers). This training will have the particularity of presenting a strong practical aspect and will be certified at European level.
The objectives are:
- in the face of the current context linked to Covid-19, to ensure the continuity of the training of agri-food professionals, students and teachers, including laboratory work, by developing an online learning platform on the safety of microbiological foods;
- to improve the training offer currently available on the microbiological safety of food by developing and promoting the practical aspects of knowledge among our public.
