Reinforce the Euroepan network of National Contact Points which participate in theme 2 “Food, agriculture and Fisheries, Biotechnology”, Bio-NCPs, in Europe.

This approach makes it possible to improve
The services of the Bio-NCPs through joint tools and training, while ensuring that the Bio-NCPs with the least amount of experience quickly acquire the network’s know-how.

The cohesion of the Bio-NCPs through activities in network, with the purpose of identifying, sharing best practices and improving cross-border relations.

Access to the proposals for projects of the 7th FP through joint efforts, thus lowering the entry barriers in the network for new arrivals, and raising the quality of the proposals submitted.
